Who is Rachael?

I am a born leader, explorer and innovator.

When I was in fourth grade, I started my first business Neigh News, a bi-monthly newsletter about my favorite subject: horses. With a staff of five writers (who were paid in pizza and horse movie nights) and supplies kindly donated by my parents, we grew to have over 30 subscribers and an annual revenue of $600. 

Today I'm still working in business, albeit on a larger scale. For the past six years I've held a number of roles for a Fortune 50 telecommunication company, ranging from standing up new customer communication vehicles that drive over $2M in revenue per month to serving as the competitive industry lead for our newest line of business to optimizing a $80 million annual direct mail and digital marketing budget to drive 30,000 connects per month. I'm proud of my accomplishments; my passion and curiosity drives sales and my commitment to sustainable and scalable processes reduces mistakes and improves productivity.

I love challenges, whether its trying to convince a multi-million dollar retail giant to partner with a startup I worked with (I won that battle) or working with marketing data to make projections or finishing a marathon (October 2013 - Corning Glass Marathon). Between my experience and my aggressive competitiveness, I'm ready to shake up the business world.
