When I was in fourth grade, I started my first business Neigh News, a bi-monthly newsletter about my favorite subject: horses. With a staff of five writers (who were paid in pizza and horse movie nights) and supplies kindly donated by my parents, we grew to have over 30 subscribers, generating an annual revenue of $600.
Today I'm still working in business, albeit on a larger scale. In my 13+ year marketing career, I've held a number of roles including managing international events (yes, on location!), overseeing test and learn programs, managing multi-million dollar budgets, running competitive intel and analysis programs, leading marketing channel and tactic strategies, and launching new business, products features, and CRM systems. I've found a niche driving digital adoption and innovation - simply put, I love building the playbook as we go and working with really cool (as a marketer, sometimes creepy as a person!) tools. I'm really proud of what I've accomplished professionally and the amazing cross-functional teams I've worked with... so take a look around! |
